We're building a Salesforce Commerce Cloud integration. When it's ready, this page will cover installing it, connecting each store to its own index, and managing the sync.
Until then
A catalog export job can publish products to a URL as a feed. Point a data source at it, on the index's Data source page in the cabinet, or send products through the REST API.
To move to the integration later, install it and point it at the same index. The data source pauses by itself, and your fields and search settings stay as they are.
