We're building a commercetools integration. When it's ready, this page will cover installing it, connecting each store to its own index, and managing the sync.
Until then
commercetools is API-first, so sending products from your own service through the REST API is usually the shortest path. A product feed works too.
To move to the integration later, install it and point it at the same index. The data source pauses by itself, and your fields and search settings stay as they are.
